How do I scan a keepsake?

Open the app and tap the "Scan" tab at the bottom. You can use the document scanner for cards and letters, take a photo with the camera, or import from your photo library.

What file types are supported?

Omiyage supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC images up to 10MB each.

How does text extraction (OCR) work?

After you save a keepsake, Omiyage automatically reads any text in the image using optical character recognition. You can then search for keepsakes by the text they contain.

How do I manage my subscription?

On iOS, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to manage or cancel your Omiyage subscription. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@omiyageapp.com. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your images are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to your account. Authentication credentials are stored in your device's secure keychain. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
